방송연예인의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

초록

Despite growing importance of emotional laborer management in broadcast artist, there are very few empirical studies on the effects thereof. The purpose of this study is to identify effects of emotional labor and job stress of broadcast artist on job satisfaction and their relations. Of the 200 distributed questionnaires 120 copies were used in the analysis. The results of the study were as follows. The results of the study showed that there exist strong relationship between emotional labor(r=-0.226*) & job stress(r=-.505**) and job satisfaction. Emotional labor and job stress show significant effects on job satisfaction negatively(∆R2=.292, F=5.557, p<.01). The implications of the results and research topics to be studied were discussed.
