수출기업의 자산특유성과 관계학습이 공급사슬 시스템 협업과 유연성에 미치는 영향: PLS-SEM의 적용

초록

Effective Supply chain management has come to the fore as the necessary ability to overcome competitive environments at modern business. Firms’ capabilities to response adequately to variable business environment are more important than ever before. Against this backdrop, this study examines the structural relationships between asset specificity, relationship learning and system collaboration, SC flexibility. The questionnaires were collected from 187 Korea export firms constructing supply chain networks. Based on a literature review, five hypotheses was put forward. PLS-SEM was also applied to test relationships among the factors in the study. From the empirical study, it is found that both asset specificity and shared interpretation are critical factors affecting system collaboration. Developing memories also have a positive effect on system collaboration. However, information sharing has no effect on system collaboration. System collaboration has a positive effect on SC flexibility.
