초록
The purposes of this study was to examine the research trends on youth workers and then grope after its developmental strategy in the future. For this, a weighted network analysis on co-appeared keywords in 135 academic journals and master’s and doctoral theses from 1991 to 2017 was conducted. Study findings are as follows: First, a most frequently presented keyword in researches on youth workers was ‘job satisfaction’ and it was also true by periods. Second, an analysis on co-appeared networks of keywords, which appeared more than three times, resulted in an intellectual structure of eight minor clusters and three major clusters, and ‘organizational commitment’ was verified to be a core and bridge keyword. Third, the results of analysis on centrality presented that ‘burnout’ and ‘qualification system’ were number one in nearest neighbor centrality, whereas ‘training’ and ‘job satisfaction’ were number one in mean associations and triangle betweenness centrality, respectively. And fourth, by periods, the first period (1991∼2007) presented an intellectual structure of three clusters, whereas the second period (2008∼2017), an intellectual structure of seven minor clusters and two major clusters. Based on study findings, the implications of this study and suggestions for following-up studies were presented.
