이해관계자결정분석(stakeholder decision analysis) 기법의 활용가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구: 미국 캘리포니아 송전탑 사례와 밀양 송전탑 사례 비교를 중심으로

초록

This study examined the applicability of stakeholder decision analysis (SDA) technique inenvironmental decision making. For this, this study compared the U.S. and Korean cases ondecision making processes of electric transmission lines. While the SDA contributed resolvingconflicts among policy stakeholders in the U.S. case, those in Miryang in Korea failed to reachan agreement about electric transmission lines. For comparative case study analysis, this studymade a theoretical replication across the cases through pattern matching. This study identifiedkey issues and challenges associated with applying the SDA and further suggested importantimplications for environmental policy making.
