대학생의 긍정심리자본이 무용지속의도에 미치는 영향: 학교지원의 매개효과

The Influence of University Students' Positive Psychological Capital on Dance Adherence Intention: The Mediating Effect of School Support

초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications to increase the level of dance adherence intention by examining the effect of positive psychological capital on dance adherence intention through school support. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 228 students of dance majors in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and the results of the study are summarized as follows based on statistical analysis using statistical programs. First, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, which are sub-factors of positive psychological capital, had a positive effect on school support. Second, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, which are sub-factors of positive psychological capital, had a positive effect on dance adherence intention. Third, it was confirmed that self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, which are sub-factors of positive psychological capital, partially mediated the effect of school support on dance adherence intention. Therefore, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, which are sub-factors of positive psychological capital, play a positive role in dance adherence intention through school support, suggesting that it is necessary to utilize self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, which are sub-factors of positive psychological capital, to increase dance adherence intention of college students majoring in dance, and that school support should be more strongly supported.
