하이브리드 근무환경에서 조직 다양성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 직원몰입의 매개효과와 과업 상호의존성의 조절효과

The Impact of Organizational Diversity on Innovative Behavior in Hybrid Work Environments: The Mediating Effect of Employee Engagement and the Moderating Effect of Task Interdependence

초록

Hybrid work has become the standard form of work after the pandemic. Rapid changes driven by digital and untact trends, companies are required to innovate, and the management of organizational diversity is essential. This study investigates how organizational diversity characteristics and task interdependence in hybrid work environments affect work attitudes and performance, and proposes effective diversity management strategies. Based on responses from 274 employees in organizations practicing hybrid work, a bootstrapping regression analysis was conducted to verify relationships between variables. Results showed that employee engagement fully mediated the relationship between social category diversity and innovative behavior, and partially mediated the relationship between information/value diversity and innovative behavior. Task interdependence moderated the mediating relationship between information diversity and innovative behavior. Academic and practical implications were suggested for future research directions.
