커뮤니티 평가지표에 관한 연구경향 분석

초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends of community evaluation indicator and to seek implementations for further study. As a pilot study, content analysis was used to analyze diverse topics such as research field, research purpose, category of community, research perspective, research methodology, type of indicator, dimension of indicator, and specific indicators for 55 articles and research reports selected from academic journals in the field of housing, architecture, urban engineering, regional planning and so on. Conceptual and analytic framework of this study was drawn based on the theoretical background. The major findings are as follow: Most of the community evaluation indicator researches were executed in latter part of 2000 due to increasing social interest in quality of life and sustainability in community. Many researches developed indicators to evaluate the residential performance and sustainability of housing complex and city. As for research methodology, most of the researches used content analysis for related literature and survey for professionals to review the exploratory indicators selected. Almost half of the researches developed quantitative indicators in terms of type of indicator.
