관세 업무 역량에 영향 요인과 기업 성과에 관한실증적 연구

초록

This paper attempts to reveal the relationships among the corporate capabilities, partnership, export percentage of total export volume, performance. We gathered detailed data on our sample companies mainly from publicly available sources : Korea Customs Service. A structured questionnaire was used to collect information about: (1) general fact about the company (size, lines of business, products and services provided, employee, and some financial data about exporting), (2) To investigate the relationship of the contexts(corporate capabilities, partnership, export percentage of total export volume, performance) described above on korean export-import companies's customs capabilities. Also, the purpose of this study is to investigate FTA and AEO, role of customs brokerage, examine the relation between factors of practical and user satisfaction to provide strategic implications to implement customs brokerage against FTA and AEO successfully. Factors were drawn through the literature review and a pilot study. Organization ability, Consulting ability, To reduce cost, Reliability, corresponding strategy were used as proxy for the practical factor of this article and reliability, rapidity were used to proxy for the user satisfaction of this paper. To test hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) was carried out, followed by statistical analysis using SPSS 18. A total 254 questionnaires were distributed among domestic trading companies using county of origin system; of them, 120 copies were returned and used for analysis.
