沈連洙 문학사료 전집 완간에 따른 활용 및 선양 사업의 방안

초록

This article verifies the outcomes and significance of the project following the completion of the "Shim Yeon-soo Literature Historical Materials" and to propose future enhancement efforts and development plans related to poet Shim Yeon-soo’s legacy. The completion of Shim Yeon-soo’s entire literary collection is significant for establishing his literary status, providing an opportunity to introduce his work to both the general public and scholars, and contributing to a three-dimensional understanding of his work. In addition, the collection plays a role in supporting objective and fair evaluations of existing research and responding to critiques that challenge or dismiss prior studies. Such critiques should be continuously addressed, and comprehensive research including studies of folklore, regional customs, and various academic papers on the poet’s standing should be pursued consistently. The meaning of the complete collection should be interpreted by the present generation through the development of narratives and content based on Shim Yeon-soo’s life, the creation of regional content linked to Gangneung (the poet’s hometown), and the establishment of a literary museum dedicated to Shim Yeon-soo.
