This study aimed to explore child care support center agents’ experience on day care center support program and to enforce child care support agents’ professionalism. This study paid attention to child care support center and their human resources who were child care support center agents. Six child care agents participated in-depth interview of this study with semi-structured questionnaires. Result of this study appeared the participants experienced following 5 essential themes: ‘To become a Childcare agent’, ‘Childcare agents’ conflict’, ‘Childcare agents’ accomplishment’, ‘Childcare agents’ meaning’, ‘Childcare agents’ future’. This study set Childcare agents to participants, but opinions of Support for childcare in daycare centers’s expert except for the Childcare agents are demanded. Also the study of Support for childcare in daycare centers’s beneficiary like daycare center’s teacher and parents is more needed too.
