중국 소도시 역사문화재생지구의 환경색채 관계연속성 연구 - 주성시 (諸城市) 초연대 (超然臺) 역사지구를 대상으로

Recently, as interest in preserving cultural properties has increased in China, the regeneration project of historical and cultural buildings is actively underway. However, despite China's efforts, verification of color harmony and continuity with the surrounding environment is still insufficient to reflect buildings and pedestrian paths' historical and cultural characteristics. First, after theoretical consideration of the concept and role of historical and cultural regeneration and the relationship between environmental colors, the research trend and the direction of environmental colors in desirable historical and cultural areas are identified. Second, visual survey on the environmental colors of historical and cultural regeneration buildings and surrounding buildings is conducted using the Munsell color system. Third, the buildings and surrounding environments belonging to the historical and cultural space within the research range are analyzed by hue, brightness and chroma changes. Fourth, the similarity between color continuity and the target site's relationship is measured by comparing the color of the regenerated building and the color of the surrounding environment in the historic and cultural district. The hue of exterior architecture around Chaorantai tended to be similar to the unique color of Chaorantai, but the brightness was higher, and the relationship was lower than that of Chaorantai. In addition, the hue of the facilities(outdoor billboards) around Chaorantai was distributed in various ways, so the similarity with the colors of Chaorantai was very low. On the other hand, the chroma distribution was very diverse and lacked a unified tendency, so there was no clear tendency. First, as revealed in the case study, it is required to establish a management plan to increase color continuity by establishing color guidelines in historical and cultural zones. Second, there is a need to improve color identity through systematic management and improvement of other facilities and building materials other than buildings. Third, when carrying out historical and cultural architectural regeneration projects, it is crucial to improve the individual color environment of buildings and facilities to express the historical characteristics of the region and the city.
