However, in the early years, as the government began to participate in the participation of large corporations, the group name of the corporation was used in advance. Since it is a reality that can not be operated by the club 's own imports, it has received funding in the name of promotional expenses and has operated the club. These clubs have continued until now, and once the local synagogue system has been neglected in the publicity and economic effects of the community, it has resulted in the loss of the attachment and interest of the local people's team. Also, the amendment to the Sports Industry Promotion Act has not yet amended the regulations on the duration of the stadium's own arena stadium, and the structure of the stadium does not fully own the stadium operating rights will ultimately limit the club's ability to improve its facilities And the crowd does not receive high-quality service. In this paper, we review the professional baseball franchise system and the stadium operating rights based on the related data and the legal basis data in order to improve the system for domestic professional baseball development. Accordingly, we suggest the following ways to improve the Professional Baseball Franchise System and the stadium operating rights. First, it is necessary to mandate the system to indicate the name of the city in the team name so as to be compatible with the Hometown city system. Second, there is a need to amend the regulations on the administration and management of sports facilities in local governments in accordance with the Sports Industry Promotion Act. Third, It is necessary to supplement the system in which the club can hold stadium operating rights entirely.
