다문화인문학의 문학적 실천－소통과 공존을 노래한 시조를 중심으로－

초록

Multi-cultural humanities refer to a universally communicated multi-cultural theory that befits the unique characteristics of the Korean society with aims to understand multicultural disposition of the Korean society and overcome conflicts and realize coexistence based on cultural diversity, and it is also a theoretical framework where various social, cultural, political and economic phenomena are connected to the human nature for the purpose of explanation in the multicultural era. If multi-culture is a subject that needs to be approached from the perspectives of phenomena or practice, the humanities are an area of study where the cause and essence of human beings are discussed. Accordingly, the value and necessity of the multi-cultural humanities are found where the two are united. In other words, the multi-cultural humanities are where theories, practice and essence are united with one another, and the study is focused on figuring out the possibility of Sijo literature as a way of literary practice. And ‘communication and coexistence’ are placed at the center. Sijo is the result of Neo-Confucian concepts put forward by Confucian scholars, and it is reflected in the semantic structure aimed at harmony, and it can discussed in the same context as a paradigm of coexistence aimed at multi-culture. As the creative environment and entrainment that Sijo has are linked to communication, Sijo literature can be partially defined as the literature of ‘communication and coexistence.’ In addition, Sijo researchers sparked off discussion befitting each era, and one of these efforts is to globalize Sijo and suggest (modern) Sijo texts mixed with multi-culture. Against this backdrop, the study is concentrated on examining a two-column semantic structure and confirming the value and possibility of Sijo as a form of literature where mutual communication is conducted in the creative environment and entrainment of Sijo based on exchange of ideas for the purpose of harmonious coexistence. Furthermore, the study showed that the value and possibility of Sijo can be a way of literary practice of multicultural humanities
