This study manufactures and wears insoles that fit each person's feet, divides them into two groups - those wearing insoles and those without insoles - depending on whether or not they wear insoles, and analyzes the effects on gait, dynamic balance, and static balance through changes over a 12-week period. The subjects of the study were 66 male and female college students aged 20 or older located in Seoul, divided into the group wearing insoles (34 people) (24 men, 10 women) and the group not wearing insoles (32 people) (20 men, 12 women). did. The data from the research results were analyzed using the SPSS (Version 20.0) statistical program, and the differences between before and after each group were analyzed using the paired T-test. The significance level for all statistical analyzes was set at α=.05. In the group wearing insoles, significant differences were found in Contact left and right feet, Midstan left and right feet, and Propulsion right feet. In addition, looking at the body balance results before and after wearing the insole, significant differences were found on the left and right sides of the head, left and right shoulders, and left and right knees. Looking at the body balance results without wearing the insole, the left side of the head and shoulder Significant differences were found on the left and right sides of the body, the left and right sides of the pelvis, and the left and right sides of the knees. It was found that there was a change in gait and body balance, that is, dynamic balance and static balance, in the group that wore insoles compared to the group that did not wear insoles.
