모 양육스트레스와 유아 공격성 간의 관계에서 가족건강성의 매개효과

초록

This study aims at examining the mediating effect of child’s aggression on the relationship between parenting stress and family strength. Data was chosen from a sample of 203 young children aged 3-5 years and their mothers living in Incheon and South Chungcheong Province. Additionally, it was analyzed using structural equation model with SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results were as follows: First, mother’s parenting stress had directly-negative influence on child’s aggression, but directly- positive impact on family strength. Family strength had directly-negative effect on child’s aggression. Second, family strength mediated the effect of mother’s parenting stress and child’s aggression. It represented that structural model between three variables has been proven to be a partial mediation model. In other words, mother’s parenting stress exacerbate family strength and negatively affects child’s aggression through this course. Finally, this study suggested the policy for improving father’s parenting involvement and parent education for decreasing mother’s parenting stress in order to reduce child’s aggression.
