체육진로교육을 위한 체육진로탐색 프로그램 개발

초록

The purpose of this study was to create sport career searching program for student-athletes and investigate their experience on the programs. For the purpose, a sport career searching program was created by classifying two categories through systematic procedure based on Sport Occupational Theme ( SOT), in w hich consultant manual was also c reated s o that t he program c an b e more e ffectively conducted as well as student activity magazine was created in order to help the participants in a sport career searching program more effectively. Data was collected and analyzed through semi-structured interview and open-ended questionnaire from 10 high school student-athletes in order to induce understanding and changes from the program participants. As a result of inductive analysis on the data, it was found that the analysis activity based on the sport career interest test was trying to search for counter-actions by itself against career barrier problems such as lack of self-understanding, lack of confidence, obscure future, and insufficient information on career and occupations. Furthermore, when counseling was given to high school student-athletes by utilizing specialized sport career cards, their career exploration was more effective. Based on the result of this study, quantitative data investigation with students who will use this newly created sport career searching program, will be needed for the future research.
