This article analyzes important decisions of the Supreme Court related to the “Civil Procedure Act” among the precedents published in 2024. 2023Da309549(on the Special Forum for Intellectual Property Rights), 2023Da313241(on the case where a representative does not have the right to representation due to an administrative order in a lawsuit against an organization seeking confirmation of the non-existence of a representative's status), 2023Ma6934(on the prohibit making statement, an order for the appointment of a lawyer), 2020Meu15896(En banc-on the interest of confirming the invalidity of a marriage after it has been dissolved by divorce), 2024Da213157(on whether ordering delivery in a building eviction case is against the principle of disposition), 2014Ma329, 2024Da224645, 224652 and 2024Da232066, 232073(on the right to request elucidation), 2024Meu677(on the order to submit documents). It is not that there are no meaningful precedents other than the 10 cases above, but due to space constraints, all of them could not be covered here, and a few additional precedents are briefly introduced at the end.
