미국과 한국의 음악연구 논문작성체제 및 연구윤리의 현황과 과제

초록

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze writing styles and ethics for research in music subjects between Korea and United States. This study focused on the styles of citing sources and avoiding plagiarism. Also, this study discussed research ethics for human participant protections. The result indicated that most of Korean journals for music subjects have a loan of American writing styles and ethics including MLA, APA, Chicago Manual, and Turabian styles. This study suggested that Korean journals for music subjects need to clarify the terminologies for research of music subjects and establish the writing styles. In addition, recommendations and conclusions were provided for korean journals of music subjects for clarifying styles of citing sources and avoiding plagiarism and educating research ethics.
