병원간호사의 이직의도에 대한 태도: Q 방법론적 접근

초록

Objectives: This study was designed to explore the attitude and characteristics of hospital nurse’s turnover intention using Q-methodology. Methods: Thirty-one nurses classified 37 selected Q-statements into 9 points standard. The obtained data were analyzed by using a pc-QUANL program. Results: Principal Component Analysis identified 3 types of the attitudes typology of hospital nurses toward turnover intention, and named by researcher. TypeⅠis ‘Private-oriented value’, type II is ‘Professional-driven value’, type III is ‘Complex conflict-aware’. The findings of this study suggest that necessary to build up a model for decreasing of nurse turnover intention, and customized program need to be developed. Conclusion: Based on these results, the directions for future research were discussed.
