ISO 9000 실행 요인과 공급체인 프로세스 요인과 기업의 사업성과간의 관계 연구

초록

This paper examines the relations of ISO 9000 implementation’ basic, enhanced and supportive factor, supply chain management’s supply and customer process management, and business performance. Based on the analysis of two hundred thirty two cases in supply chain management, through structural equation model, the following results were found. First, the ISO 9000 basic and support implementation factor positively affects customer process management factor. Secondly, the ISO 9000 enhanced implementation positively affects business performance. Thirdly, supply and customer process management factor of SCM positively affect business performance. This paper draws a conclusion from the relations of among basic, enhanced and supportive factor of ISO 9000, supply and customer process management factor of SCM, and business performance. However, there were several limitations such as effective implementation of industrial perspective etc.
