초록

Purpose: The purpose of this patent is to develop a central governor training system that regulates the user’ s training by turning audible sound or visible indicator lamps on and off per the central computer into which a user-specific training plan is entered. Method: The present invention included the sounding and flashing ofn idicator lamps (LED) on a centra l computer where training plans were entered per user by a coach; it was a centrally controlled training system consisting of a wearable device that controls the user’s training from the central computer. Results: The coach executes a central governor training program and logs in. The coach can enter an athlete’s information including name, sex, height, weight, body fat percentage, exercise type, medical history, maximum heart rate, maximal oxygen uptake, and lactate threshold. The system allows a supervisor to control the training intensity or duration of each user with the wearalbe device through a central computer to effe-c tively execute the planned training program. Conclusion: Therefore, the present invented device is for group training, and not for individual training, and will play an effective role in the training of groups that mandatorily require fitness, such as special professions (soldiers, police officers, and firefighters) and athletes.
