한국 수출입 기업의 글로벌 아웃소싱 결정요인에 관한 실증적 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is twofold: (1) to broaden this perspective by investigating the company size, the organizational capacity, Information sharing, partnership and drivers of global sourcing adoption and implementation by korean export-importing companies. (2) to gain some insights about global sourcing adoption and implementation. The basic research question is :What are the most important factors affecting the adoption and implementation of global sourcing in korean export-importing companies?In The paper examine the relation of global outsourcing, the organizational capacity, Information sharing, partnership and outsourcing performance. Based on the analysis of one hundred eight outsourcing cases in Korea export-import firms, arrive at a conclusion through structural equation model and the following results were found. First, it was found that the organizational capacity, Information sharing, partnership factor affects outsourcing performance. Secondly, the company size factor do not affect outsourcing performance. This paper draw a conclusion from the relation of among he company size, the organizational capacity, Information sharing, partnership. However, there were several limitations such as outsourcing of order, manufacturing, sale etc.
