환경교육기관의 환경교육 실무자 직무모형 개발

초록

The aim of this study was to develop a job model for environmental education personnel at environmental education institutions. Utilizing the Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) method, the job was defined and analyzed, resulting in the identification of 8 duties and 72 tasks. The derived duties were ‘environmental planning’, ‘environmental education program development’, ‘environmental education management’, ‘environmental education evaluation’, ‘environmental education promotion’, ‘human resource management’, ‘education resource management’, ‘administrative duties’. There were differences between the degree of importancy, difficulty and frequency among the duties which will provide basic data for job competency needs analysis. The overall result of the study can be useful resource for developing competency based curriculum and programs for environmental education personnel as well as the policy and system for environmental education in Korea.
