일반학생용 체육진로흥미검사지 개발 및 타당화 검증

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a sport career interest scale that measures interest of general students in the occupations in sports field. It was done with the 658 high school students who are interested in the sports career in Seoul, with a convenience sampling method. The data was analyzed with SPSS and AMOS 18.0 and validated with reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. As a result, it was found that students’ interest in sports career is structured with four factors: relational, inquiring, creative, and strategic factors. Setting a measurement model and conducting a serious of confirmatory factor analysis, 62 –item scales in four factors were found to be most suitable among the indicators to evaluate goodness of fit. In the test for group invariance by gender and comparative analysis of latent means, women showed high scores in relational factor while men showed high scores in inquiring factor. These findings were reviewed and discussed in relation to universality and peculiarity of comparative cultures at the conceptual level of interests in sports career.
