웹툰에서 가상현실 만화로 매체 전환된 콘텐츠에서의 서사적 공간 확장 유형

초록

Virtual reality cartoon is a unique medium that distinguishes itself from other virtual reality medium, webtoon or cartoon, as it is built on a stationary image and has enough time for users to explore content that has expanded space to 360 degrees. In this study, to analyze the characteristics of this virtual reality cartoon content from a narrative point of view, we analyzed the use of space elements on four contents that were converted from webtoon to virtual reality cartoon. As a result, the characteristics of narrative space expansion in virtual reality cartoon content could be classified according to two axes: 'the scope of space expansion' and 'object of expression through space expansion'.
