주니어 골프선수의 자율성과 유능성 지각이 지속참여의도에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of perceived autonomy and competence on continuance intention in junior golf player. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we surveyed 377 junior golf player who participated in the 6th National Students' Golf Tournament of Korea C&T held at Muan country club April 22-26, 2019. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were calculated, and a confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed Using the R-programming 3.5.0 version. The results were as follows: First, the autonomy and competence perceived by junior golfers has a significant impact on continuance participation intention. It has been found that autonomy better predicts junior golfers' continuance participation intention than their competence.
