중학생의 방과후 스포츠활동 참여에 따른 자아탄력성과 학교생활적응의 관계

초록
The ego-resilience of middle school students adaptation to after school physical activities. The purpose of this study was to classify the relationship between the middle school student's ego-resilience whether they were participating in after school physical activities or not. A total of 350randomly selected middle school students participated in this study. 53 surveys were filled out incorrectly and thus the remaining 297 surveys were used for the analysis. Cronbachs index was calculated to test the reliability of each of the outputted variables and the reliability was tested to investigate the validity of the measurement tool. All statistical analysis was performed by SPSS (windows version 18.0). MANOVA was performed to investigate the relationship between the ego-resilience of students participating in after school physical activities or not. Here are the following results. First, there was a significant difference between the ego-resilience of students that participated in after school physical activities. Alas, this can show that participation can affect the ego-resilience of middle school students. Second, overall there was a significant relationship between the participation of students in after school physical activities with their ego- resilience. Third, there was a strong influence shown by the high ego-resilience according to the after school physical activities. The results above show that the participation of after school physical activities has an importance effect on the physical and mental health of middle school students.
