생성형 인공지능 ‘지미니(Gemini)’와 ‘ChatGPT-4’를 활용한 동화책 만들기에 관한 수업모형 개발 및 연구

초록

Elementary education is the first step to encounter computational thinking and has the role of providing basic SW and AI education necessary for digital talent. In elementary education, there is a huge responsibility to organize a curriculum centered on play and experience to naturally encourage introduction to SW and AI, and to lay the foundation for expansion to essential education and in-depth education. This is why it is essential to develop a specific and effective elementary education curriculum that predicts thedevelopment stage of future technology. In this study, with this need in mind, we developed an educational model that provides elementary school learners with opportunities to experience generative AI in an interesting way and includes the entire process of leading to creative results through proactive use of technology. In particular, we developed a class program withthe goal of achieving the three elements of initiative, efficiency, and interest. First of all, I placed great importance on creating my own narra tive, such as the characters and plot of a fairy tale, while being creative using the activity sheet, and with the help of 'Gemini' and 'ChatGPT-4', I was able to use it for a long time. It was used to refine content that was difficult to implement or to create illus trations for children's books. Learners were able to gain creativity and confidence in the aspect of ‘completing their own storybook,’ and their fear of generative AI was also reduced.
