학생에 의한 교사 교수활동 평가도구의 양호도 분석

초록

This study investigates the questionnaries which is used to evaluate instructions(especially, instructional activities) in middle or high schools. Specifically, this study aims to test the validity of items, examine the consistency of student's responses using rating scale model which is based on the Rasch model, and examine dimensionalities by factor analysis. The results can be summarized as follows; First, The test of goodness-of-fit shows that the most items except a few are adequate for evaluating instructional activities by students. This result indicates that the questionnaries are generally valid for the evaluation of instructional activities by students. Second, the results of factor analysis indicates that the questionnaries consist of one dimension, which supports the assumption of unidimensionality in the Rasch model. Finally, the overall results suggest that evaluating instructional activities by students can be valid and instantly applied to middle or high schools in terms of time, cost, and feedback.
