COVID-19 이후의 골프지도자의 역할과 변화

초록

[Purpose] This study focuses on new phenomena occurring in the field of golf, where many have changed due to COVID-19, and golf instructors need preemptive and detailed responses for the future. It is a situation where we need to change the paradigm before COVID-19, and we need to revive the changed social structure and different demands. [Method] Based on this, conclusions were drawn about the new roles and changes of golf instructors after COVID-19 through research results and suggestions related to the field. [Results] The roles required of golf instructors in a situation where the environment of the times has changed significantly are as follows. [Conclusion] First, it is necessary to break away from the traditional teaching method with a teaching method suitable for the non-face-to-face era. Two-way communication between golf instructors and golf participants should be possible through the online platform. Second, individual lessons in a private space are needed rather than lessons in public places used by many people, and appropriate instruction should be made taking advantage of the characteristics of individualization and individualization. Third, it must have innovative values and expertise. Golf leaders who should lead the era of innovative value pursuit and transformation should share golf in various ways, develop professionalism, and act as mentors.
