For the nature restoration of riverine floodplain, its changes by natureenvironmental effects after excluding artificial interference must be observed and its improvements should be done in progressive way taking step by step in a long term. And it must be done with an agreement between experts, NGO’s and local residents. Each section of the floodplain should be assorted as ecological conservation area, buffer green belt and utilization district, but the utilization district must be ultimately excluded. The floodplain should be designed for maintaining spatial function rather than installation of the artificial facilities. Bicycle routes and walkways are to be varied in consideration of the width of the floodplain, and their multiple installation must be prohibited if the width is less than 20m. After the nature recovery of the riverine floodplain, its maintenance by low cost and high efficiency must be executed. Residential participation must be set and for this, public/private governance and consultive association should be established.
