청소년의 디지털콘텐츠 불법이용의도에 관한 연구 - 디지털 음악을 중심으로 -

초록

Since the development of networks and smart phones and other online technologies, digital contents online market growth has led to the circulation scale of piracy increase gradually. In particular, using piracy mainly appear in adolescents£¨ which shows the issue that the Long-term buy digital contents of adolescents would prefer buying the piracy rather than genuine product. Thus, this study analyzed the influencing factors of the intention of Illegally using the digital contents in adolescents, and proposes measures to reduce the use of piracy. This study used the regulatory level of situational variables in digital content, perceived Benefit, contents cost, defined of the past behavior and the attitude of theory of planned behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control as parameters to analyzed the influence on the intention of illegally using the digital contents. The results of this study indicate that perceived benefit as attitude’s parameter, and regulation level, perceived benefit, past behavior as perceived behavioral control’s parameters are impact on the intention of illegally using the digital contents.
