중국 식품산업에서 공급체인관리(SCM)와 위해요소중점관리(HACCP)가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

This paper examines the relationship between the factors such as process innovation,information capacity, partnership level, HACCP, and business performance. The study isperformed based on the analysis of 148 cases from China food industry doing supplychain management through structural equation model. The following results were found.First, the process innovation, information capacity factor positively affects HACCP factorin food industry. Second, process innovation factor positively affects the businessperformance. Third, the HACCP factors positively influence on the business performancethrough the partnerships level s regulation effect.’This paper draws a conclusion that there exists positive relationship among processinnovation, information capacity, and the business performance and partnerships level s’regulation effect. However, this paper has to develop the model considering effectiveimplementation factors for future works.
