4IR 시대 글로벌 공급망 재편에 따른 수출기업의 계약기반 경쟁력 강화: 정부기반 계약지원과 데이터 활용의 시너지 효과 중심

초록

Purpose: This study examines the impact on export contract performance from utilization of government contract support in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey of domestic export firms was conducted to achieve the research objectives. Based on 310 valid samples, an empirical analysis was performed utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Results: Analysis of the survey shows that the ability to utilize government contract support has a significant positive effect on both export contract performance and the longterm orientation of export contracts. Conclusions: This paper suggests that future government export support policies should evolve beyond simple administrative and financial assistance of firms, and move toward enhancing their data-driven contract management capabilities.
