기업의 ICT 역량이 FTA 활용성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

초록

Exporters must comply with the provisions of the FTA agreement and perform export operations at the request of the importer. Companies implement various activities through the use of information and communication technology to eliminate uncertainty. The purpose of this study was to confirm the necessity of a company's ICT capabilities through transaction cost theory to confirm the impact on FTA utilization performance. For this verification, the impact of FTA capacity management of exporters on FTA utilization was confirmed by classifying uncertainty, limited rationality, and unique assets described in the transaction cost theory into domestic supply chain management, overseas network utilization, and origin certified exporter management. This study organized and conducted a survey on domestic supply chain management, overseas network utilization, and country of origin certified exporter management capabilities on a five-point scale for domestic small and medium-sized import and export companies. As a result of the empirical analysis with 123 samples, it was found that domestic supply chain management, overseas network construction, and country of origin certified exporter management capabilities had a positive (+) effect on FTA utilization performance.
