교사의 관점에서 바라본 학교밖 청소년을 위한 학습프로그램 운영과정 사례 분석

This study aims at exploring teachers‘ experiences and perceptions who implemented and participated in the short-term learning programs for school drop-out youth. Qualitative case study was used to explore teachers' perceptions by gathering data from observation, individual in-depth interviews, and group interview. Eight teachers participated in this study and interview transcripts were analyzed by thematic analysis using constant comparative method. Results were described by two main questions; how they perceive the outcomes of the program and what difficulties they experienced as a teacher. The participants perceived outcomes in two parts of attitudinal change and development of the learners, and network development among related programs. In addition to outcomes, the difficulties as a teacher were perceived in three themes; relationship building with learners, program implementation, and hard work of self-development as a teacher. Findings were described by each theme, and discussions and suggestions for future practice and study followed.
