체육계열 전공 학생의 전공만족도와 고용시장 진출 준비에 관한 연구

초록

This thesis deals with major satisfaction and preparation for entering the job market with students majoring in the areas of physical education who tend to lack clear understanding about career due to their major areas so diversely distributed and the complex characteristics of the structure in sports industry. The purpose of this study is to examine correlation among major satisfaction, job preparation competence, basic occupational competence, and job-seeking efficacy and also how it is different between groups. To address the goal, 430 cases went through data processing by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. SPSS was employed to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, and AMOS was used to conduct structural equation model analysis. The results of this study are as follows: first, the effects of job preparation competence on basic occupational competence differ between the major satisfaction group and major dissatisfaction group. Second, the effects of basic occupational competence on job-seeking efficacy differ between the major satisfaction group and major dissatisfaction group.
