선호된 리더십과 인지된 리더십의 일치가 중학교 학생선수들의 만족에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the congruence between preferred leadership and perceived leadership has positive influence on middle school student-athletes' satisfaction level based on Multidimensional Model of Leadership. To accomplish the purpose of the study, total of 264 questionnaires were collected from student athletes in middle schools in Gyeonggi-do in 2016. Research sample was selected using a convenience sampling method. The respondents read and answered questions by themselves based on self-administration method. Using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 program, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and hierarchial regression analysis were performed. The results indicated that among five sub-factors of Leadership Scale for Sports(LSS), only the congruence in autocratic behavior had significant effect on student athletes' satisfaction.
