학교스포츠클럽 진흥관점에서 바라본 지역사회와의 연계를 위한 협력적 로컬거버넌스 평가지표 개발

초록

This study aims to develop an evaluation index for collaborative local-governance to promote school sport clubs, which would be able to enhances internal stabilities of the governance connected with related local institutions, associations and schools. To achieve the purpose, this study adopted delphi technique as a research method. As a result, a total of 69 index were created based on 23 evaluation criteria and 3 evaluation categories(starting conditions, collaborative process, and collaborative evaluation). Most evaluation index were highly agreed by the panel, but some index such as role sharing, trust enhancement, and responsibility were relatively lower than other index. In conclusion, it was discussed the significance of the evaluation index based on some crucial index such as connecting to the lifetime sport and managing sport clubs based on educational value. Lastly, this study suggested further discussions and studies on analyzing more cases of collaborative local-governance as well as developing more evaluation index in order to enhance the effectiveness of collaborative local-governance.
