노년층 스마트 미디어와 디지털 복지－스마트 기기 접근 및 이용 격차를 중심으로－

초록

This study aims to investigate the various correlations of methodological approach between the welfare and the media use of elderly. Also, this study points out the phenomena of digital divide in the elderly. Data for this research were obtained by 395 members of senior welfare center in the nationwide. The results indicate that the factor in which the access to the smart device and use is difficult was analyzed as the directions and devices price to the elderly. On the other hand, because of the difference of income and region, the digital divide in the elderly has been generated. This results suggested that it can be explained in the local feature of small and medium-sized city and metropolitan income level. Also, the study found that there are the difference of the smart device purchase by income and utilization ability.
