전문대학에서 NCS학습모듈 활용을 위한 실습교과 수업설계모형 개발

초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an instructional design model that is actively incorporating the needs from industries and the characteristics of the practice-based subjects. For this purpose, first, core design elements that are essential in designing practice-based subjects were identified from five faculty members at vocational colleges. Second, an initial instructional design model was then, developed and validated with three instructional designers and two vocational colleges professors. Third, the final design model was developed based on the expert reviews. Usability tests were also conducted to finalize the model. The final instructional design model consists of four main phases: analysis, design and development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis phase includes five analyses such as industrial needs, practice contents, learner, and practice tools. Design and development phases include practice and evaluation materials for both teachers and students. Implementation phase include 12 sub-steps that start from gaining attention and ends in valuating practice results. Evaluation phase include two main sub steps such as instructors’ self-reflections and students responses and satisfaction survey. The instructional design model for practice-based subjects is expected to provide vocational educators at college and high school levels with guides for effective practices.
