그린 IT 실천을 위한 물류·택배업체의 모바일 정보시스템 성과결정요인에 대한 연구: 그린정보화 인식수준에 따른 차이 비교연구

초록

In general, use of mobile information systems in logistics/courier industry is based on the staffs' job autonomy and mobility so that it is possible for them to improve individual impacts of this system. Therefore, this study proposes the research model to examine the determinants that affect the staffs’ performance by using mobile information systems in logistics/courier companies. In order to verify the research model, this study collected 225 data and tested validity and reliability by using SPSS and PLS 3.0. As the result shows, this study found that use and performance were affected by perceived usefulness. We further found that perceived usefulness could be influenced by mobility, job relevance , and job autonomy. Based on our findings, we understand that this research model could provide a deeper understanding of individual performance by using mobile information systems in logistics/courier companies
