국내 산업들에서 흡수역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 직무만족과 권한 위양의 조절 효과

초록

The first goal of this study to verify implementing Absorptive Capacity activities of companies affects positively the corporate performances of domestics companies of many industries in samples The second one is to confirm further hypotheses which carrying out job satisfaction activities and empowerment activities show positive moderating effect on the relationship between implementing Absorptive Capacity activities and the performances respectively. To accomplish these goals, we conducted surveys and empirical analyses utilizing simple regression and moderate regression models. Those analyses brought the result that implementing Absorptive Capacity activities has positive effect on the performance in sample companies. Further research analysis showed that carrying out empowerment activities demonstrates positive moderating effect on the relationship, while carrying out job satisfaction activities does in limited context. This result implies an managerial implication that implementing investments and making efforts related to implementing Absorptive Capacity activities and carrying out empowerment activities concurrently can provide companies more improvement in the performances.
