공공임대주택 거주유형에 따른 생활 및 사회환경 특성 비교

초록

Given that the a policy for public rental housing which could integrate various types of public housing into one has been in full swing, it is important to identify the characteristics of residents' living and social environments according to the types of public rental housing and compare differences of them. In this respect, this study investigated the characteristics of residents' living and social environments among public rental housing types with ANOVA, post-hoc analysis, and the multinomial logistic analysis. The main findings are as follows. First, a positive (+) relationship occurred between trust and social interaction with neighbors. Second, living environment for health showed different characteristics according to public rental housing types. Third, social interaction was relatively weak for residents of permanent rental housing. Fourth, residential satisfaction also was significantly lower in permanent rental housing than others. Fifth, residents of permanent rental housing had a characteristic that denied habitation mingled with different economic classes. Sixth, permanent rental housing had more negative characteristics in light of living and social environments. Based on these results, this study reviewed the implications for long-term public rental housing policies.
