디아스포라 고려인 시에 나타난 조국과 고향의 변화양상
초록
In the poetry of the Korean in the Soviet Union before the deportation, Joseon is expressed as their primitive and underlying homeland to be liberated by the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union as an ideological and spiritual homeland which would fulfill the national liberation of Joseon. After the deportation, they were forced to think of the Soviet Union and Central Asia as their homeland and hometown. The Korean in the Soviet Union treated as a hostile ethnic group was assimilated into the Soviet Union for the survival strategies and depicted the Soviet Union and Central Asia as their homeland and hometown. The Korean, after Stalin’s death, started to restore the memories of their hometown, the Maritime Province of Russia. On the other hand, denying their hometown or Joseon of the past and recognizing the Soviet Union of the present as their homeland at the same time, they showed ambivalent attitudes. In the late 1980s, by Soviet Union’s open-door policy, the Korean in the Soviet Union explicitly expressed national consciousness and deportation which had been considered as an object of taboo. However, the Korean had to search for another hometown owing to the prevalence of ethnocentrism. The aspect of changes in homeland and hometown depicted in the poetry of the Korean Diaspora is an indicator of the tragic modern history of our nation.
