중국 물류관련법제의 문제점과 해결방안

초록

After China joined the World Trade Organization in December 2001, the Global Logistics Companies have taken part in China's market and are still increasingly embroiled in disputes with Chinese companies due to logistics barrier. But China's entry into the WTO and its legal reforms in accordance with global standards have a important impact on the entire system of China's logistics. Continual legal reforms enhance logistics transparency in China and stimulate the foreign investor to participate in China's logistics market. China promulgated and implemented the related laws and regulations of the logistics industry has more than 30,000 pieces. It is undeniable that these laws and regulations to promote the field of logistics played an important positive role in China's logistics. China's logistics market is not standardized, not the legal system of the logistics market and so on. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the understanding of China's logistics-related legal systems by finding the problems and solutions of logistics-related Laws in China.
