물류 아웃소싱 기업 선정 요인의 화주 산업군별 비교 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate relative importance of selection factors of logistics outsourcing company by industries using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). To this end, we first identified selection factors of logistics outsourcing company: 4 upper-level factors and 10 lower-level factors which has been used in the previous literature in relation to logistic outsourcing. Questionnaire survey was conducted with decision-makers of four industries: food and beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics and car components. As for food and beverage industry, it has been evaluated that the priority on logistics service selection are logistics infrastructures which enables daily nationwide delivery as well as cost reduction of inventory management. For electronics industries, it has been characterized they prefer globalize logistics company who has high reliability of the logistics service as well as high inventory management skill. For pharmaceutical industries, it has been analyzed that relationship factor is the most important factor for selection. For auto parts industry, IT system and flexibility are evaluated as the most prioritizes factors.
