초록

The purpose of this study is to provide policy relevant knowledge with regard to female career network governance system. In order to design female career network governance system, the study reviews the current literatures of public network governance theories. Then on the basis of the theoretical model, the past experiences of female career network system from which the research draws policy implications for the network governance design. Combining the theoretical and empirical approaches, finally, the study provides an artificial design of female career management network governance system, which is a mixed type of network governance with "Female Career Information Center" as a network manager.
