This study proposes the RCA analysis process using the ARM and MSMM methods for deriving prerequisite relation between knowledge components(KC) of a knowledge graph and analyzed the results by applying it to elementary and middle school level math item evaluation data. This is meaningful in that the proposed process combines several methods that show the concept of conditional probability with different statistics, and the precision of the prerequsite relation analysis was increased by applying the MSMM method to the learning data considering the disparity. The prerequisite relation analysis model between KCs using ARM+MSMM proposed in this study can strengthen the knowledge graph by verifying the relationship of knowledge component in the curriculum based on learner data and contribute to additional suggesting hidden knowledge component relationships.
