엘리트 댄스스포츠선수의 진로 특성

초록

This study is intended to explore career cases of elite athletes dance sports players in depth. For this study, six national dance sports players who have been working from 2008 to 2012, were selected and one of foreigner elite athletes. For collecting data, individual participants had face-to-face interviews, and the data analysis method devised by Spradley(1979) was employed. The research participants were asked to re-consider transcriptional data, and three coaches who worked as elite dance sports players, and two doctors in sport sociology reviewed players' interviews from various angles. The results of this study are as follows. There were five characteristics and factors found from careers of national dance sports players; "The introduction to dance sports and chances" which affect starting dance sports and continuing it, "Efforts and environments for being elite athletes" as internal and external factors, "Self-esteem and self-administer as elite athletes" as psychological factors after becoming elite athletes, "Participation in domestic and foreign competitions and expect" and "Challenges for the best performing" that come from roles and expectations as elite athletes.
